Shipping and returns

Our Standard deliveries is express to Australia and will arrive within 7-10 working days. Parcel destinations outside capital cities may experience a longer delivery time.

It will be up to the Australia Post’s contractor as to whether they leave your parcel at its destination if you are not at home to receive it. With this in mind, it’s best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us. If any of our products are not what you asked for, you can return them unopened. Only unopened products will be accepted.

To return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA#. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund.

Return Procedure

  • Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of receipt of your order by emailing us.
  • All returns must include their original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
  • Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
